  Not a very good one at the moment. I am about to start keto and I work out 3 to 4 times a week.

  This day and age the extra mile isn’t that hard to do since the bar has gotten so low. I always strive to do what I say I’m going to do, treat others how I want to be treated, and be on time. If you can do that you’re pretty much a rockstar.
